Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. If our courier partners cannot reach your PIN code, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

For export, bulk or institutional orders, or deliveries outside India, please send us an enquiry and our trade team will quote separately.

Shipping is currently free on all online orders. If this changes, the shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

• We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, from our factory at 16 & 17, Phase 1, Kesurdi MIDC, Khandala, Satara, Maharashtra.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Agricultural chemicals are sent by surface (road) transport, as courier rules do not allow some of them by air.

We ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will get the courier name and tracking number (AWB), and you can follow the order from the Order History section of our products page.

• Please give a complete address and a mobile number that can be reached. The courier may call before delivery.
• Check the parcel at delivery. If it is damaged, open or leaking, refuse it or note the damage with the courier, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.
• If delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available after repeated attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the product price once it arrives.

Weather, strikes, festivals or other events outside our control can delay delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at sales@royalgroupglobal.in or 1800-266-7474 and we will chase the courier for you.
